Rejuvenation: The Catalyst’s Container
Catalysts take in lots of information, see infinite possibility, and can’t stop from moving into action. Our natural way of moving through the world is through an experimentation mindset.
But sometimes our superpowers can be our kryptonite. And sometimes creating net new systems (and encountering resistance) can take its toll on us personally and professionally. When we are doing the work in service of our own personal Purpose, the fallout can be even more detrimental.
In this session, we’ll explore the Catalyst Formula – Vision, Action, Iteration and explore how Rejuvenation as the overall container for our process can make us more successful. More successful in implementing the change we want to see in the world and more successful in sustaining our energy without burning out.
Shannon Lucas, Co-Founder of Catalyst Constellations, has over twenty years’ experience working with startups, launching her own ventures, and driving innovation into the world’s largest companies.
